5-way Terminal Cup for Subwoofer Builds (by JL Audio)

I purchased it to use on one of my boxes but then removed it when designing a new box.  Ultimately ended up taking apart the terminal assembly and measuring the parts in order to draw them more accurately.

In this upload is the assembly with 2 configurations. One shows it as Default with the terminals in the closed position and the Open Terminals configuration shows it in the Open Position.  There is an Exploded View on the default configuration.
