What started out as a 4-legged product turned into a cute dino. |
Sketching is fun, at times it can take a lot of concentration to pry one's mind off of reality and be able to fluently express one's ideas on paper. At times one can become tunnel-minded with the drawing at hand, which can lead to some grotesque drawings or drawings which are simply not drawn right, yet are finished. Such finished drawings are frowned upon.. as an artist one must be able to realize when the drawing goes from being 'Work in Progress' to complete and utter "Garbage". The line is fine, is not set in stone and if you are using pencil, this line is flexible.
Onto the next... I am not sure what part of me decides to override my artist self and start illustrating mythical animals. Maybe the simple organic shapes lend themselves to such things and I am screwing up on purpose.

I hope that is not the case. I like drawing good drawings which can be profitable. And I am not sure that these mythical animals can be profitable.
Until next time,
